The Which article had Utilty Warehouse (Telecom Plus) s the number 1 for customer satisfaction.in providers offering both calls and line rental,with aa cuatomer quote "Utility Warehouse:I don't have any problems and the calls are cheap".
The article also goes on to debunk the myth that switching is hard.

14 alternative suppliers were compared all but one scored better thanBT on customer service,the best company offering both line rental and cheaper calls was none other than Utility Warehouse,ahead of Onetel Kingston and British Gas.

I have been with Telecomplus now for 2 years.
They are a good ethical UK plc.
I was doing really well until they could no longer advertise as the suppliers of the countries cheapest gas & electricity.
Still other services are good value, despite there being a lot of competition, you can still recommend the services to open minded people.
