Training
Training some it's not just something ,it's the only thing.
On Monday I attended part one training at Edinburgh, although quite a long session, there was a lot of information to take in.
There was the usual element of running through the elements of all the services,a bit of role playing, where Rhod Grub tried to throw a few curve balls to his co trainer Chris Weir.
The two of them seemed to have a lot of fun, which must be hard when doing the same course for the umpteenth time.
There was also some question and answer sessions and my favourite bit when I had to stand up and tell my story ,regarding what Iwanted form my Telecom Plus business.
A couple of things struck me on this session,as with a previous training I attended there seemed to be few estate agents, and financial advisors attending maybe this is a good area for recruiting future id's.
Another thing was that with average savings of £400 for cusstomers, are w not potentailly giving each customer £400 as a gift,a nice way to put it when talking to your prospects.
"I can give you £400 a year back in your pocket without costing you anything" would surely be a good way of focusing your prospect on the benefits of becoming a customer.
