Randy Gage has been another big influence on my point of view,I initially came across his work on the swat team site,and found the online video informative and highly entertaining.
Randy has the usual rags to riches story but don't let this put you of in any way.
One of the big themes of his work is questioning, your own attitudes,do you have a lack mentality,or are you sabotaging yourself in some way,subconsiously?

Dear Colleague,
All day long you are surrounded by a data-sphere of information
that promotes negativity, limitation, and lack consciousness. It
pummels your senses from all directions. It comes from your TV,
radio, the Internet, your friends, family, and the people you work
with. Most people are so saturated by lack programming that they
can't even fathom a life of anything but struggle and complaint.
What you read, what you listen to, and the people you talk with,
have a huge effect on the person you are and the thoughts you have.
TV, radio, and the newspaper are all channels of information that
create and feed the mass reality of doom and gloom.
You must recognize that this data-sphere is continually programming
you 24/7, and that almost 95% of it is lack and limitation
programming. And it's not just the media. It's also your family and
friends. And your church and government.
So what do you do to combat all of this negative programming?
If you want to reach the highest levels of success-you have to
zealously guard your consciousness. You must control your own
programming, and reject the poisonous stuff most people are trying
to feed you.
In order to focus on prosperity, it is imperative that you spend
more time on your own personal growth. Each morning and each
evening before you go to bed, spend time on self-development.
Remember you are the foundation from which all your dreams are made
reality. Your physical health is but one half of the whole. Your
mental health is the other.

Would you like to earn $3000 - $5000 a week?
Is that what your sponsor said you could achieve?
Let's be frank, you may be making a fair sum of money now with your current company, or some of you may not even be making any money at all.
In fact I know that the majority of you out there are losing money, but are still in business because your sponsor told you, you have to be "persistent" and your dreams will come true.
Let me ask you this, have they reached their dreams yet?
I would like to invite you to take a minute now and think really carefully of where you'd like to be, and whether your current company can bring you there.
I know many of you have great respect for your sponsors and uplines and so have I.
However isn't it sad that most of your uplines are misleading you intentionally or unintentionally when they say that your company still has plenty of potential for expansion?
And why would they say that?
Maybe it’s because that's the only way to keep you in business.
Maybe they have been misinformed by their uplines.
